Okay, so, I’m taking a left turn from the average avo toast with its basic ingredients—don’t get me wrong the og toast is delish—but I’m upping the ante a bit here, combining a few different things for the perfect, elevated bite(s).
I’m transitioning from vegan-focused and introducing some dairy back into my life, but this can easily be made vegan by omitting the goat cheese or swapping for vegan cream cheese. The goat cheese is so delicious though.
Only a few ingredients and you’ll have yourself a tasty little breakfast toast, I’m not going to specify how much you need of each ingredient cause you’ll figure it out as you make it using some common sense.

Ingredients
- slice of sourdough
- some goat cheese (I used garlic and herb omg so f*ckin good)
- half an avocado
- lime, one slice
- some onion, sliced
- some cilantro
- balsamic drizzle
- cracked pepper
Instructions:
- Toast your bread, slather the goat cheese down, top with sliced avocado or mash it, squeeze your lime over it, place your onion slices on or you can dice it too, sprinkle some cilantro, drizzle with balsamic, and crack that pepper.
- Enjoy that sh*t.
